From November 2008 to 5th May 2009 the rate is R475 per person per night, sharing, inclusive of breakfast. There is a single supplement of R150 per person per night, inclusive of breakfast.

Children 15+ welcome with accompanying adults. Please note all rooms sleep a maximum of 2 people and there are no facilities for extra beds.

5* Celebratory Specials

At the beginning of March 2008, The Tourism Grading Council of South Africa (TGCSA) awarded us the coveted 5* as a B&B.

In order to thank our guests who were our customers in the previous two years and to encourage newcomers to come and appreciate Sunbirds special welcome, hospitality and breakfasts, we are offering the following SPECIALS, applicable from 5th May until 31st October, 2008.

1. R1,450 PER COUPLE sharing, for any two nights, bed and our excellent breakfast AND inclusive of a bottle of S Africa’s own Cap Classique
2. R1,199 PER PERSON sharing, for any three nights, bed and our wonderful breakfast, PLUS a FREE BACK, NECK & SHOULDER MASSAGE in the comfort and privacy of your room
3. R1,300 PER PERSON sharing, for any four nights bed and 4 of our brilliant breakfasts, PLUS a bottle of Cap Classique
4. SIX NIGHTS FOR THE PRICE OF FIVE NIGHTS, sharing – R2,000 per person sharing, for six nights and 6 stunning breakfasts
5. R2,599 PER PERSON sharing for any seven nights, bed and 7 of our great breakfasts PLUS 2 rounds of golf, arranged by us

Normal rates – valid to 31st October, 2008, otherwise are currently R400 per person per night sharing, breakfast included, with a R100 single supplement.

From 1st November our rates will be R475 per person per night sharing, breakfast included and there will be a R150 single supplement.

Rent the whole house!

From time to time, we wish to go away and do some travelling of our own. Also, at other times if someone really wants the whole house for a certain period, we can also consider this.

What is entailed?

We offer the four en-suite rooms of the B & B which is geared to guests comfort, with all the benefits of the lovely large and peaceful grounds, big pool – heated in the winter, our very comfortable and contemporary lounge, dining room and bar – all overlooking the pool, the bush and out to sea. We will accept a maximum of 8 people – no room will take extra beds, each room can be either twin or king bedded. All linen and towels are included in the charges.

Our maid(s) would remain here during your stay for the general housekeeping and keeping the place clean and tidy.
